My Healing Place

Hope, Healing, & Transformation

Welcome

ANNOUNCEMENT: My Healing Place has moved. As of January 9th our new home is at 8401 Shoal Creek Blvd. Austin, TX 78757

My Healing Place works with individuals who have experienced the death of a loved one from illness, accident, suicide, or violence; along with those who have experienced abuse, traumatic accident, divorce or separation, loss of a job, or other losses. You may be a parent, a spouse, a daughter or son, brother or sister, relative, or friend. Together we enable you to take steps forward; steps focused on life.

Grief is a highly unique experience for each individual in response, intensity, and duration. For some, a significant loss or trauma may leave us feeling imbalanced, disorientated, and confused along with feelings of sadness, anger, and loneliness that surface in grief. The world may feel like it has been turned upside down. Grief can be an isolating experience and it may seem there is no one who really “gets it.” We offer caring and a willingness to hold your pain because we truly understand.

The Services page of this website outlines the various ongoing support groups and individual therapy that My Healing Place offers. If you have any questions or would like to come in to talk with us, please call us at 512-472-7878, Monday-Friday, 9-5 p.m.
